Lady at the front desk was great. Lady (nurse?...assistant?) who took me back to exam room was also great. All were very pleasant and in a good mood.

In the 10 minutes I met with Dr. Payne, he was great. Answered all my questions and put me at ease about my upcoming surgery.

Waited 30 minutes for doctor to come into room....not bad though. Was expecting some delay. I know things happen.
